Wanna balance League?

Here's an idea, remember when you first started playing League and you get nuked by Veigar's scaling ulitmate? Well, I do. Then the people on your team poke at you with, "noob!", "what are you, wood 9?"

CREATE ANOTHER ELO! Actually create another ELO so that the even worse players in ranked don't stay in Bronze. Since so many people who were Silver that are now Bronze, well they kinda dominate people that aren't great at the game. In doing so, the people who stay at B5 can go into another lower ELO were their skills are that of the same as everyone else that can't stand to be in Bronze.

There's no point to that. Everyone would still be paired with the exact same group of people. Matchmaking uses your MMR (matchmaking rating) to build your teams, not your rank.

Well people that are Silver that are now in Bronze need to be weeded out. That is why there seems to be really good bronze players and then some players who seem absolutely new to the game. There has to be a divide somewhere. Scrap the MMR and change it to ranked then. People that should be out of Bronze are still their because of that.
