Get stuck in one place and cannot move

The last couple of days I have been playing Ashe and when I try to kite or simply move around I will stop randomly and be frozen for a second or two. Everything else is fine and minions move and other people move. When I click somewhere the green cursor appears but I just never move. Any other people having this issue? Just thought I would speak up. Thanks guys.
