Graves is now almost as ridiculous as when he was first released.
Might be a bit worse actually

NO NEVER LIKE RELEASE GRAVES.
NO NEVER LIKE RELEASE GRAVES.
Sure feels like it lol
I think he's stronger in optimal use situations but MUCH weaker outside of them.
If you have mobility, you have no reason to take a Q, unless you're wall hugging. In this respect, you should treat him like vayne. He can't poke over minions with his auto and actually has to have a clear line of sight to auto attack an enemy ADC. There are plenty of supports that can exploit this weakness and plenty of ADC with the mobility to evade Q. If you get blown up by graves in lane, you have it coming.
People keep screaming about how bad graves+leona is, but really anyone + leona is bad, you have to take the same measures to avoid her as you would any other time.
On top of all that, your support can literally block graves auto attacks, and if they have shields/resist buffs, this is going to be a real problem for graves, especially with leona. Her threat levels are low if you lack follow up.
While this new graves is certainly jarring, it's not worse than release graves and not over all stronger than the previous itteration of graves.
He is stronger in optimal use, but that optimal use has been narrowed by quite a bit.
Lane dynamics limit how strong graves can be in the early lane, especially with the buffs to ADCs that don't have to interact with him at all.

With CC on his support or a damage soak
will shredd the hell out of him.
New graves is not some kind of a god, people are too busy panicking about his damage to see his weaknesses.

Probably.
I've been playing a lot of teambuilder today trying out Sej with the new jungle changes and all I know is that every single game I've played has had two Graves in it, and one of them always gets fed and the other team surrenders. Seeing him is starting to make me ill.
