Just another stupid champ to add to perma ban 
im so fed up with this game im just playing new champs in ranked for fun now

I'm curious to see if this buff does much for Draven as I've always considered him useless both on my team and against. Karma really does a number on him, nothing more lol than tossing an R+Q at his axe drop location.
Please note this is low elo where players can't handle the macro. Also I am sure plenty of people will argue this so I challenge anyone under plat so me a list of your Draven games where you can consistently get decent CS early.
