lets start giving katarina some nerf to her unnecessary power in her kit

• take away her movement speed from w and lower the dmg reduction from her e. You cant trade with her once she is slightly ahead
• make her ult only hit enemy that she has vision of. Pretty dumb how you can get hit by her ult without knowing where its from then she just jumps in and smash her keyboard and pentakill
