Can Azir be an Emperor again?

So I have been away from the game for some time thanks to a lot of issues I had with the game.

However the last time I played, Riot did a soft rework on Azir to make him more "healthy" (Even though it kinda made him too good for a while)

The problem I had with it though, was they took away the feeling he used to have of actually being an Emperor for the gimmick of the shuffle.

Like I get it's a big playmaker, but so much has always been sacrificed for it. I have always hoped that they would change/ remove it and actually make Azir FEEL like the Emperor.

Probably going to get lots of flak but they need to give him increased range again, and scrap the entire "Shuffle" thing. His E and Ult make him too safe if the rest of his kit is also strong, but his E and Ult are only that way to keep the "Shuffle"

Azir shouldn't get his hands dirty scooting into the enemy team; he should be commanding his soldiers like a real Emperor again

he does. problem though is the sand soldiers never stay for long and has short summon range. but he is able to rally them to a certain point. he soldiers should last longer and/or able to hold more than two charges.

Well problem is that 70% of Azir players valued shuffle more than range and soldiers doing absurd damages. Sadly Riot can't cater to everybody here.

And giving Azir back his range and damage while keeping his shuffle+safety is a big no no
