Suggestion: "No camera takeover" option in settings

Playing on URF made me realize I would really like an option in settings that prevents the game from taking over control of my camera at any point. It's not a huge thing, but I do find it annoying to have to click to regain control. It's also a huge pain in the ass when Kalista ults, I really dislike that it forces me to lock my camera on her. I don't know if Riot plans to add more of this annoyance in the future but if so I'd like an option to avoid it.
