Zoe seems a bit buggy in her animations, its harder to see, and there's strange delays in-game

Hey guys!

So I've been playing Zoe quite a lot since she came out, and my games have been very peculiar. I either get an S or S- with her, or I get a D or C.

The same identical skillshots I'd land with her e or q in some games don't appear to hit in others.

What might be going on?

The only additional information I can really give is that the end behavior of her skillshots seems to be slightly off each time, or her bubble occasionally does this slight, but noticeable loss of speed as it travels.
Her Q and E don't always hit or travel correctly - I'm actually having to aim slightly *above* the enemy champion instead of directly at them in some games, while in others this causes the skillshot to miss. 

 I know its not due to my connection as I'm on gigabit and have an average MS of only 25-32, and tends to be stable +/-3 in game.

Other times something strange goes on with her R - it doesn't always correctly register when I'm casting during her R - the same identical combos I've done over a hundred times will on occasion, have Zoe cast the spells out of order literally seconds later.

And I'm not alone - I've seen videos of pros like Faker experiencing similar misses, and the confused look on their faces is unmistakable. 

Either Zoe's E and Q aren't always behaving correctly, or they need a wider line of effect to match their animation, because I'm noticing that the Paddle star or Sleepy Bubble can sometimes visually appear to brush a champion, making visible contact, but missing in actuality.

I think that maybe something is going on based on the viewing *angle* of the summoner in league.  It quite possibly could be somehow correct in code, but visually is somehow off.
