Just don't, you will never deal any damage because you are always dead when a fight occurs before you can even get 3 stacks.

Leave them alone. They're trying to experiment. The biggest weakness is the power trough while finishing the item, but once they get it, they become a Kog'Maw with leaping powers. It's just like with the Korean pros working on Ashe with the Rageblade. Permaslows with lots of AoE, especially when using the Q for the attack speed steroid. Just have to give them the right champions to work alongside, such as a Lulu.[slayer-jinx-wink]
Tried that 3 times. First two worked, last one didn't... I gave up and settled for the usual half crit, half damage build... Maybe sometimes I throw in a 
so I can spam bombs and Q more often in a team fight.
