Darius Passive
Below are my thoughts on 3 versions of Darius' Passive "Hemorrhage": Former, Current, and Proposed. In particular, I would like to draw your attention to the third.
Former Previously, Darius was incredibly frustrating to fight against, due to his dealing heavy physical damage with innate Armor Penn, plus Magic Damage with his passive, along with innate tankiness. This along with a consistent 25% MS buff during teamfights made Darius an extremely efficient Murder-Machine. Some people liked that. Others didn't.
Current Currently, Riot has noted, it is difficult to balance Darius passive because when the effect is at less than maximum stacks, it appears weak, but can quickly become overwhelming if maximum stacks are achieved.
Proposed: So much Potential. So much potential. Currently, and Historically, Hemorrhage has encouraged Darius players to reach max stacks, dominate their foes, and more or less make their allies look inconsequential in comparison to the Horrifying unstoppable destruction that is DARIUS. And yet, that feels very unsatisfying for the rest of the team. Taking Darius current ability and making it both team-friendly AND completely horrifying to the enemy, is actually quite simple.

Maximum of 10 stacks (damage per stack is down, total damage at max stacks stays the same.)
Reaching 5 stacks of Hemorrhage or killing an enemy champion with R - Noxian Guillotine gives Darius an Aura named 'Noxian Might'. All Allies within 1200 of Darius while he has Noxian Might will gain +5% movement speed and apply 2 stacks of Hemorrhage to any enemies they strike with basic attacks (regardless of if those enemies already have stacks, or not).
DURATION: 5 seconds

This also has the side benefit of encouraging experimentation with Duo-lane Darius.
Morde doesn't need to be the only one to stomp on the adc's territory.
