I don't own PROJECT and haven't seen enough of it to decide, but that one aside I think Heartseeker is easily the best. The recall is great and there's nothing better than hitting a cross-map Ult with her, because love is not limited by distance :3
Project cause it seems to give an unfair advantage?
Joke aside, i think Heartseeker since it looks pretty and particles stand out very easily.
Project and then amethyst
Awesome new particles and VO, and amethyst because short haired girls <3
Not counting project, I actually really like Marauder.
Heartseeker because the "Queen of Hearts" theme fits her quite well.
Gotta add that sassy recall for bonus points!
