Fiora ult duration + Riposte

ult duration(Grand challenge) only last 8 sec, with these new meta champions top she has a hard time to strike all the vitals. These new top champs and maybe more, have the ability to run from Fiora and make her ult rather useless. It would be fair and reasonable to increase the duration that the ult is on the target for at least 10. Also one of her abilities (riposte) is very unorthodox. Why does riposte go with AP? Why is the hit box so big? Riposte should scale with AD, should reflect all the damage dealt to her and the duration of the immobilizing effect back to the target. For example; dark binding which last 3 sec(when maxed), if riposte the root, the target should be rooted for that duration(3 sec). And another, ult, if you riposte his ult, it should reflect all the damage(with the true damage) back to the target.
