The king of death is dead

Morde has never been as under powered as he is right now. They recently reworked him and the other juggernauts in patch 5.16 but as we all know, that failed for morde and skarner. He does not even build rageblade which is a game breaking item right now even though he has both ad and ap scalings. If you build full ap morde, you can kill one enemy in a 1v1 but you also just get stunned and die instantly if there is more than one enemy. Do not get me started on how immobile he is. If you build him full tank, you do not do as much damage as the popular tanks and just wait longer to die. I am clearly a Mordekaiser main and one of the best in the world, but I can not currently defend that he is strong. I currently have a little over 600k mastery on morde and I have a tried all different kinds of builds and masteries but I can not seem to find any clear choice that unleashes his maximum potential. It would make sense to build hybrid ad and ap with some good hp for his passive shield,but to be honest, It does not make him strong compared to every other pick right now. Honestly the strongest aspect of morde right now is his dragon ghost passive, It can easily sway the tide of a losing game into that of a winning game. I am willing to give ideas on how to improve Mordekaiser to make him more balanced as a juggernaut. I am not looking to make him over powered, just help him get to a place where he is a more viable pick and appeals to more players.
