Yorick Yorick Rework Idea. Attempts to make Yorick more of a sustain bruiser/juggernaut than a half bursty/half sustain champ he is now.

Passive- Grave Digger’s Duty Enemy champions who die within yorick’s LOS (1000 range) restore 5/7.5/10% of Yorick’s max HP and Mana (at levels 1/7/14)

Q- To the grave 12/11/10/9/8 second cool down (40 mana) Yorick gains 50 attack range on his next auto-attack. It deals 40/80/120/160/200 + 5% of Yorick’s max health as physical damage, and slows the target by 30/40/50/60/70%, decaying over 2 seconds

W- Spectral Ghoul 18/17/16/15/14 (70/80/90/100/110 mana) Yorick summons a ghoul that has 20% of Yoricks stats (excluding HP, which is a flat 40%), gaining power over 10 seconds (100% stats for 1 second at end). Upon death, the ghoul restores 20/25/30/35/40% of the damage it dealt to Yorick. If the ghost lasts all 10 seconds, Yorick gets double the healing bonus. The ghoul attacks’ who yorick attacks, and moves where yoick presses W after being summoned. Deals 33% damage to minions/monsters

E- Creeping Death 20/19/18/17/16 (50 mana) Passive- Yorick gains 10/15/20/25/30 movement speed toward enemies below 20/25/30/35/40% of their max health Active- Yorick and his ghouls gain double move speed toward targets below half health, and deal 20% more damage for 6/7/8/9/10 seconds

R- Vengance In Death 120/100/80 (100, 120, 150 mana) Yorick marks a target ally who’s is near death. While the target survives it gains 20% increased healing from all sources. If the ally dies, it is brought back to life for 10 seconds. During this period the ally benefits from all effects that benefit Yorick’s ghouls. The received ally takes 50% less damage from enemies that did not kill it, but deals and receives 50% more damage from/to it’s killer.

Yorick is one of the few unique champions created for League. Why would you want to change him to become bruiser # 16?

The main problem with Yorick currently is that his ghouls are pretty meaningless during teamfights. His ult is fantastic and all, but if it's down he'll be semi-useless against any competent team.

If you had to "fix" him so he stays relevant past the laning phase, I'd rather have his ghouls be immune to spells entirely while taking a set number of basic hits before dying (or lasting for 30 seconds).
