The Riot Employee's General goals

Hello! Hoping an employee sees this or someone can point me toward a site/link that might have this information Believe it or not I am writing a paper for an English class on the League of Legends community. Part of the assignment is to point out the community's goals and rules. I have used the summoner code as an example already, but I am also looking for information on Riot's own goals and rules themselves. Something that explain's what are Riot's goals for league of legends, how they are pushing into the future and by what methods they are moving to said goal (effectively a summoner's code for riot employees) Any information would be awesome!
