Hello! Hoping an employee sees this or someone can point me toward a site/link that might have this information Believe it or not I am writing a paper for an English class on the League of Legends community. Part of the assignment is to point out the community's goals and rules. I have used the summoner code as an example already, but I am also looking for information on Riot's own goals and rules themselves. Something that explain's what are Riot's goals for league of legends, how they are pushing into the future and by what methods they are moving to said goal (effectively a summoner's code for riot employees) Any information would be awesome!

"We aspire to be the most player-focused game company in the world."

"We obsess over every part of the experience, from a player’s first game to their thousandth win, from installation to support to esports broadcasts. It all matters.

We listen to what players say and do. We analyze. Then we make data-informed decisions to improve the experience. "

etc.

I just wanna double tap here and say that the manifesto and mission are our method and goal. We really do aspire to be the most player-focus game company in the world. It's something that's hammered into us as soon as we join the company. We plan to move towards said goal by adhering to the core values listed in the manifesto. If we keep player's at the forefront of our mind, we'll be better at being a player-focused company. If we take play seriously, it'll help as well. The rest of the manifesto items anchor us similarly.

I don't work on League of Legends, so I can't help answer what our plans are for League. League of Legends, as a product team probably has their own goals and methods unique to their specific identity. But at the broader company level, that mission and the manifesto hold true for everyone.

Hope that helps!
