Login Screens

If any riot employee is out there, or someone else already happens to know, what programs does riot use to create the animations on their login screens? (Omega Teemo, DJ sona, etc). The simple animation from a painting is pretty interesting, and I've been working on learning how to do similar things. Anyone know?

I'd guess they use AS. For the animation there's probably a million and one ways to do it; distortion maps hit me first.
