Fast path champion selection

Instead of blind pick you should implement fast path pick.

In the join game screen:

1. I want to play "this champion" as primary role "this role"
2. I want to play "this other champion" as secondary role "this other role"
3. I want to ban "this champ that I dont like"
4. press "join game"
5. magic happens
6. actually play, no more time wasted nor pick&bans screen.

You cannot counter pick, but in blind pick you cant anyway, and this would save TONS of time for most of us.

The simple fact of starting a game is a fucking pain in the ass in this game.
