in the past 3 months, i have only gotten myself keys, and no chest. Literally got like 20 keys now and 0 chest. i have always gotten S and S+ on my games but still no chest. I was wondering if this was a bug or not, and how can i obtain chest if youo may know.
You're probably playing the same champions over and over and have already received your chest for those champions. If you go to your list of champions you can see what champs you've received your chest on and which ones you haven't.
you can only get a chest once per champion per season. So instead of spamming the same champions try to use different ones and you will see more chests come your way... assuming you can actually get S ranks on said champions that is. Or you could be like me and play ARAM where you will be forced to use the champions you barely use which has gotten me quite a few chests (more than half the chests i have gotten has been through ARAM)
I have opposite problem, but I play this game alot more than you do then. Or at least alot more different champs.
