Hi, im just very curious when we will be having new project skins in league of legends. I know that we got project ekko, katarina, and ashe recently, i dont know when but, im sort of excited to see the future project skin already. I wish there will be a project skin for Diana, Talon, Quinn and Jhin. I hope that you may answer my question and show some love, creativity and interest. Thanks.

PROJECT: Jhin is confirmed indirectly. Because during Jhin's Q & A, Someone asked that what other idea's they had to release skins instead of Highnoon, A riot employee replied, They thought of Arcade or Project to be released with Jhin but then decided it'd be High Noon.

Can you link the source you got this reply from?

I ask because I actually heard that technically the High Noon model was the concept model for when they were designing the most recent marksman jungler, which was actually scrapped and became Kindred. However they liked the model so much they built the concept of Jhin out of it and decided to make it the alternative skin on release simply because it would make them more money.

Actually it was Jhin, They thought to make a cyborg. But they scrapped it & turned it into his alternate skin ( High Noon )

Sorry I read that long time ago on the boards, It was posted by Riot in boards for Jhin Q & A.

Valor is human? Ok...

Quinn is the champion, not Valor. Or do you consider Bristle a champion? Or Skaarl? They replaced Ashe's Hawk Shot with a drone, they could do the same with Valor pretty easily.

Valor is also a champion dude, remember they had the ability called "Tag-Team" ?

And from a lore standpoint, Quinn can't operate without Valor, they both need to be working as a team which is why they had so much success "living behind enemy lines and tracking targets down."

Have you ever seen Quinn's abilities ingame? Q - She practically uses Valor, W - Again she uses Valor, R - She uses Valor again!

The only thing she does that does not require Valor is her Vault (E) but aside from that, 75% of her abilities rely on Valor aka Champion: Valor.

Also Valor is different from Skaarl and Bristle.

It was Quinn and Valor but it was shortened to just Quinn. It was never Kled and Skaarl or Sejuani and Bristle. Valor is just not the same as them bro.

The rework made it so that Valor practically is just a Taxi but before that, the original Quinn that was based off of the lore was the true Valor.

Valor had his own portrait remember? Skaarl and Bristol don't have their own portraits nor did they ever. But Valor was special. Valor is nothing like Bristol or Skaarl, Valor is in his own league bro. Valor is half of Quinn. It's so obvious dude.

The same could be said about Skaarl. Skaarl is the most important part of Kled's kit. Skaarl is needed to execute the skills E and R, Skaarl represents a HUGE part of Kled's HP, the ability to gain courage to get Skaarl back is the most important part of his gameplay. Kled would never be that successful without Skaarl, look at his lore, he actually get rescued by her several times. If you count Valor as a champion, you have to count Skaarl too. The reason why they didn't call them Kled and Skaarl is the same why they changed Quinn and Valor to just Quinn: is would be too long.

I understand your argument for Bristle, but Skaarl is exactly the same like Valor. No difference. And just because Valor is a major part of her kit doesn't mean that Valor couldn't be represented as a drone or robot for a future Project skin.
