Quinn Rework 2.0

Hi, as you know from now, Quinn was reworked for the marksman update. The new Quinn was powerfull on the beginning of the update until few patch later she was bad to be played, she was getting harassed to much, cc, and etc, and I dont think there are anymore other people playing Quinn lately, maybe like 10% of 100%. I have seen through a lot of feedback from other people of what was their opinion/meaning about Quinns rework. Some people said that Quinn got nerfed really hard without the valor kit, and how she has no escape abilities other than her E. Some say also that the reworked Quinn was good, because the damage of Quinn has been better, but they also said, that her ult has no right to be called an ult anymore, due to the removal of the valor kit in exchange to roaming ability that has not so much of a use in teamfighting, but for splitpushing and roaming. The point of this discussion is to convice Rito/ Riot to make a new Quinn rework, where her old ult will be patched back again They can keep the animation of quinn and valor soaring together if thats what they want to match up the lore, were it says that they are fighting together. My suggestion for the rework is, that Quinn gets her old ult back where she can call valor for asistance and have valor his own kit, where he can use damage. I dont care if they want the quinn and valor animation, but we all Quinn players want our old Quinns ult. They can even make it just like Elise and Nidalees ult, if that fits Quinn. And last of all more range of the attack and more health.

I hope that Rito/Riot may read this, and that they may reconcider a new rework for Quinn.
