Test skins in Practice tool

Hey riot, i love to buy your skins, and i see people get to test skins in PBE. I was saying to myself it would be really cool if we were able to test any of the skins in the game on any champ when playing practice tool. See, i dont see how it would be a negative to you as a company you wont lose money because we won't be able to use the skins forever, but it would be a positive for players who would be able to try out a skin and see how they like it in game instead of just watching a video. and then decide if they want to make a purchase, or players could just be trying out a skin and realize they like it a lot and feel satisfied with the SFX their hear when doing it themselves, thinking it fits just right with what they like. Some people don't truly know what they like till they do it themselves. this could also lower the amount of people who buy a skin then regret it cause it's not as nice as they thought and you don't have players constantly asking for another refund token or emailing support for refunds.
