kai'sa really starting to piss me off
Last game I lost with a 2/9 kai'sa. NEVER won a game with kai'sa. Never lost one against Kai'sa. I'm about to just ban the champ in spite of whether you preselect it.

Sinister Anubis3 votesi have a 65% winrate with her in rank with 23ish games played. Banning someones champion is only going to piss them off but start the game in a really bad mood and clearly at a disadvantage. Just because you experience bad kai'sa players doesn't mean there arnt good ones. Besides she is getting buffed next patch.
