How can you openly talk about "the power of Rakan"
When he's weak as shit
edit: You people are slow, honestly. Yes his kit seems fantastic on paper, but in game> a 46% winrate ain't gonna cut it, wether you like to believe it or not.

I beg to differ.
In the right hands he can make a big impact.
A lot of people just suck at playing him.
When he's weak as shit
Did you even watch the video? He has been used multiple times in professional games. He isn't weak.
I've seen
in professional games, does that make them suddenly overpowered? No, because any professional could make any champion inherently powerful because they are pros. But when 99% of the game community is failing to play the champion correctly, then there is a problem. Rakan's stats don't lie, 46% win rate is weak if you ask me.
Corki was strong, to the point they had to nerf him. Udyr, Taliyah, Sivir, and Tristana are in that same boat.
Urgot was and still is a niche pick into very specific matchups.
Zilean is really the only outlier, and that is because he is strong in the right team composition. Of all of them you listed, he is the only one that actually is in a good spot balance wise.
The point of pointing out the professional use is because they're playing to win by any means necessary. They will pick the champions that give them the best chance to win, the strongest champions.
go watch that aphromoo rakan plz
He's not that weak.
How is a 46% win rate not weak?
He's a support champ that is very Team Reliant. He is not a champion that can "Carry" to say. Rakan does have some "Oppressive" nature to him, so over-buffing him would tip him pretty off the charts. He feels like he has a Lee Sin skill cap to him, as its very obvious from a bad Rakan to a good one.
There is room for some changes in numbers I believe, but Riot made a good call on delaying his buffs when they fixed his buggy passive in not over buffing him.
rakan is pickable in lcs WITHOUT xayah contrary to popular belief
he's fine
Rakan is amazing if you play him right, just most people don't play him right in solo queue.
Because he can cc 5 enemies for a second each just by walking next to them. What is the point of an Ori ult or malph ult for good wombo that actually takes a bit of skill, when you have bullshit rakan ult.
Ranged aoe engage that groups enemies for you.
Tanky engage that can't be stopped by anyone.
A squishy support with no damage running face first into your whole team with no cover and only plan to get out, which is snuffed as soon as he's hard cc'd.
"Rakan's ult is bullshit."
Rioters and Rakan mains all agree with you.
But people who can't counterplay against him jump on the ''hurr durr he's so op'' bandwagon causing all this downvotes.
