One of the most overpowered abilities for an ADC to have, especially on one that is guaranteed and massive crit on every fourth shot. Basically, a free win with any engage support (naut, leona, etc). The range is complete horse shit, the root should be a slow, the fact that is procs on anything is absurd.

its VERY easy to dodge and its VERY easy to jump on him after he wastes his crit and kill him instantly
