First impressions for rakan

First off I would like to say I'm happy we finally have a new support for bot lane after 2 years. But with that said my impression of rakan is ok. I don't think he is the best support you can play but by far not the worst support. In laning phase I max Q and it's not bad you have good poke early game and nice heals to help keep alive. It does feel real underwhelming if riot would buff him I would add a 20% or 30% slow at all ranks just so you feel like you have a bit more unity. His W is by far his best ability he has for very nice knock up that can be dodged if the enemy reacts fast enough. His E not going to lie not a big fan of it. Just because of how close you are to the champ you are when you do E them. Can you be bard q, cait q, ekko q, etc, ect I just don't like how you want to shield your carry but you put yourself in a bad spot and it just doesn't feel worth it at times. His ult is useful and can be use defensively and offensively whether to just hold some people in place for a quick sec or help chain cc in team fights it's not bad. I had a hard time in fights who I charmed that killed me at times. So I was just around their whole team trying to charm people I already charmed lol. And his passive you really need it when you want to trade because without you would be taking more damage then you would heal it's just on a long cooldown which just feel it takes forever but the AP ratio is very nice and help you not blow up late game.
