Legacy Ranked. Stop pretending like riot coders are too bad to give us an older version of the game.

We've gone too far. Season 9 is the biggest Last Chance season there has ever been. Its time to pull out the big guns Riot. Give us a separate draft pick, pick order based, Season 3/4 balanced; Ranked que.

If you blow your chance for next season its not going to go well for you; This is your backup plan.

The current game is not popular in comparison to the past. Players are frustrated over Runes being taken away, Keystones messing up balance, Mains being deleted with reworks. Games being too short. 1 shot meta.

You have the road map! You know the champion tuning!

If random people online can make private servers of your game for a specific season i'm sure that you could easily do the same.

Charge a one time fee for players to get access to it! $1 $5 , $10 , $20? We don't care. I'm sure Millions would play. A couple bucks would be enough.

Sincerly - A dedicated player whose champs you deleted with reworks.

Didn't people say season 3 and 4 sucked when it was the current season?

How many versions do you want them to make? 2? 3? 5? 10? One per year? One for each patch?

Are you willing to go back to the old buggy Air client to get this? Because, remember, the old versions of the game ran off of a different client. Oh, and what about quality of life functionality like bans/stats/etc.? What about bug fixes? Do you want the bugs to remain intact from that era, or do you want bugfixes as well? What about server stability increases - Riot's made a ton of those over the past couple years, do you want them too?

Not to mention the fact that some people have hated every single incarnation of this game, so there's not a simple 'it was better then' you can point to that'd be universally agreed on.

So... ya... this isn't an easy request. Nor is it one that would likely make them anywhere NEAR the amount of money it would cost them to create it and support it long-term.
