Give Essence reaver GW like Morellonomicon

Make it apply Griveous wounds to enemies below 50% health bar like does. Maybe people will actually start buying as a niche purchase against sustain teamcomps, Idk, we need more items that apply GW, specially since the only adc that can apply it now is and only on a Skillshot area.

Edit: It would be wiser to reduce essence reaver AD to 60 or 50 of course, trigger the GW on abilities aswell, thing is, we need more GW items, and since Essence reaver is in an awkward spot where noone wants to prioritize it over or , it would be a nice change to it.
