Can Duskblades BLACKOUT passive turn off upon killing a single ward?

Because currently it's too effective at mass ward clearing especially when you're with 1-2 people and you can essentially clear 2-4 wards within the duration. On top of that late game supports are the only ones with wards mid-late game so it effectively counters 50%+ of sight stones ward capacity with nearly no drawbacks. It's the thing I dislike the most about the item because I personally find vision control to be the most important thing in the game and with most teams having 2+ sweepers I find it impossible to ward anymore.
