Why they "Better nerf Irelia" and other things

Not to sound like a crybaby, or anything like the toxic hateful people in the community, but there is massive imbalance to this game. I like to play it a lot, and I don't often play meta picks either, but every day I run into a match or two where I'm like "Wow, that's ridiculous" and feel that it's either broken (As in unplayable) or BROKEN (as in way too strong). Of course, certain things aren't meant to work and some champions, for the sake of balance are nerfed or some items. My opinion has always changed based on circumstance and new observations on these things, except for one thing.

God Forsaken IRELIA. Not to make this out to be an "Ohh champs OP!" thread, but with all the problems that ARE being brought into light and things being changed, but IRELIA has ALWAYS been this way from what I can remember (Back to when I joined right after Lucian was added). She always ends up being terrifying, capable of 1v3's and 1v4's, and even if she was all tank, she'd still nuke even other tanks, simply because she's IRELIA. The reason I emphasize IRELIA and not "Item name here" or anything else, is because SHE is the underlying problem of herself. Not some weird build like old Runeglaive Ezreal, but because of how her lane or matches always end.

I've seen her built full damage, full tank, mix and match, and even back when Zephyr was still around, people doing Tenacity builds for her. It was atrocious. As it stands, her lane either ends in a stalemate, and she wanders off and pushes a different lane, or she gets the inhib turret at 13 minutes. Matches either last a decade and are lost, or she wins. People joke about how some champions have "Counters" but they say "Screw it" and beat lane anyways, or Yorick walks into a bar (There were no counters), but she counters EVERYTHING by the simple fact of being Irelia. Even with Fiora, as hated and despised as she is, will be utterly useless if she doesn't snowball lane. Irelia can have a seizure and comeback with a 9/15/7 and win the game because of who she is.

Because of her passive tenacity, CC isn't as effective on her, and typically she will ALWAYS catch up to you, with her dashes. This isn't a "Please nerf Irelia" as much as it is "Please review Fighters in general" because while she is my BIGGEST pet peeve, there are a lot of annoying tops who are difficult just to deal with, like Jax, Riven, and Pantheon. They can do pretty badly but still come out on top either because of how they are supposed to itemize or their scalings, or their kit, or something. You guys redid the juggernauts, and a lot of people complained how powerful they became in comparison to other champions, but they are slow, no gap closers, and are usually useless if they are hit hard in the lane phase. Fighters, though, can build either AD or Tank, and because of how cheap AD items are right now, it's even easier for them because they can get their items faster than Juggernauts who build tank, or AP tops like Maokai (Speaking of, PLEASE buff him. It's the hardest shit to do playing him top).

I feel so bad being the whiney guy talking about some champ they don't like but, I feel it's just something that I need to say something about. I always make threads with suggestions or comments or anything, and yes I complain, but it's always broad scoped and about many things. I don't care if you don't add any new champs for years. If you just fix the ones we have now, and no I don't mean make it balanced because that's nearly impossible, I just want to see them tolerable. I don't want to cringe and think about switching lanes when I see a certain champ in the load screen.
