Does anyone know what the actual time season 9 ends tomorrow? Will it be in 48 minutes or sometime tomorrow in the day?

4 Hours and 44 Minutes is the last chance to get the split rewards according to the client so I'd say it ends around then.

For Ranked League of Legends, if you are on the Loading Screen (out of Champ Select) by November 18th 11:59 PM in your local server time, this will be the last game to count towards your rewards until ranked is disabled.

Any game that begins before midnight, by successfully reaching the Loading Screen, will count toward the season nine ranked season.
