Best designed champions?
Hey guys I'm just kinda curious who you would vote as being some of the best designed champions.
and 
are at the top of my list but there's a lot of close secondaries

If Lee were not that op he could be Karma maybe, Ziggs...
It's easier to say the bad designed ones tbh 😹
- For my money best designed champion in the game. One of the only manaless champions that the majority of people do not call OP or broken because he has distinct limitations, high cooldowns early on, and has to earn an advantage or else fall behind.
All feel great to play and you don't feel cheesed if you play against them and lose an exchange. Poppy in particular seems almost immune to meta shifts, always finds a place, can play multiple roles, and does all this without being broken.
Even if she is strong, she almost never gets a high banrate. because she actually feels fair, even if she is too strong when it comes to numbers. She is an immobile ADC, a pure glass cannon. She hurts alot, especially in teamfights, but if you get on top of her, then she blows up immediately.
