best top laner for 1st pick ( blind)

have no clue what the enemy is playing you have to pick 1st and you are picking blind knowing you are more then likely getting countered.

who is the best/safest pick in this situation ?

Ryze top would be best since he's flexed mid as well. Goes well into a lot of matches so long as you have root and phase rush on out of there if they get close.

Only Jayce can punish him top but I perma ban that guy when going Ryze. He doesnt really get punished early only if you're spamming abilities and go oom super early. Learn to manage the wave and last hit then you're Gucci

Just get tear and try to get manaflow finished before and you are set basically. If your team gets Ocean, its gg.

Almost any ranged champ that can go top that isn’t HARD countered by other ranges tops like cass, Jayce, or kennen

Ask for a trade with an ally because if enemy top doesn't counter you, you still have enemy roaming mid and enemy jungle who could just as easily make your life miserable.

If no one wants to trade then consider dodging.
