Does Neeko seem kinda bland to anyone else?

Idk if its just me, but her skillset seems cool on paper. When you actually play her, she doesn't feel all that different or great. I just think her skills seem too gimmicky.

She isn't straight up cancer that needs to be gutted after 6 months release, I'm fine with having a normal champ.

Shes fine the way she is, for being a still pretty new champion shes sitting at like a 49% win rate. Shes not broken in any way and shes not super annoying to face either, with also having a lot of outplay potential so it would feel rewarding to put in effort on her. She is also not a super popular pick or ban worthy so you can actually play her without fear of her getting picked/banned before you.

With all that said, she might be kind of bland when compared to the last like 5-6+ champions released, but Idc and I'll play her and pick her as my 2nd main anyways. Then again, I've been an Anivia main since Season 3, so I've gotten used to "boring or bland feeling" champions lol.

She is not very satisfying to play imo. Her skills are very straightforward and what sould have made her unique doesn't quite come through enough.

A shame really, she seemed so much fun when I first saw her.

Better than an overtuned, have everything you could possibly need champion like irelia, camille, akali, etc.

IMO, If you increase her cc duration across the board she would be alot more viable..

also she needs to be untargetable during her ult.. it's just ridiculous... champions like tryndamere can kill her during the 1.5 seconds channel

My suggestions:

Q - Slows the target by 15-25% to actually allow it to proc the third pop

E - 1.5 seconds up from 0.5. becomes empowered after hitting 2 minions or one enemy champion and gains an extra 1 second of root up to 2.5 seconds

R - 1.5 channel during which neeko becomes untargetable and stuns enemies for 2 seconds up from 1.5 seconds.
