Hey Riot, ever thought about releasing a new Kassadin Skin?

I feel like it has being a long time already and you just keep releasing skins for the same champions every year. No one has to be a genius to figure out what champions are receiving skins every year.

And if you ever remember that other champions exists and decide to do it in nearest 1000 years, could you also revert the R early CD buff and also Revert the E buff (30% AP ratio to 40% AP ratio) while reverting the nerf to his armor which had already low values before the nerf? I will never understand why you buff champions when they don't need buffs, then proceed to nerf other part of them instead of reverting the buffs and force other playstyles. Electrocute and Grasp were playable before with Kassadin; now if you don't take Fleet FootWork most of the times you are going to get destroyed. Seriosly Riot, what are you thinking?
