I'm unranked. I know, I know, I'm bad, etc. I'm typically matched with high bronze/low silvers, with a few unrankeds like me sprinkled in among those matches. I always try my best in these matches, but sometimes I feel those that I'm matched with are a bit too good for me. Is there any way to get matched with those close to my skill level?

AwesomeChad2 votesno. The only thing you really could do is play ranked or befriend people who have similar skill levels to you and play inhouse games
k wìx1 votesUnfortunately, not really - and something you will discover quickly is that sometimes it's a bit of a crap-shoot because its impossible to know how skilled real players are. There is nothing stopping a diamond vet from making a bronze V account.
Time and experience are your best weapons in playing league against other people. A wise man once said that you learn more from a loss than you ever will from a win. Also, don't let toxic players scare or intimidate you online. Keep your morals strong and play as best you can. I'd advise staying out of ranked until you have played about 100 games of league.
