4 v 5 FF Vote

I am sitting here in a 4 v 5, where the "ADC" went Morgana and afk'd at about the 15 minute mark because the forfeit vote didn't pass. Please explain to me how a 2/2 forfeit vote in a 4 v 5 doesn't warrant a forfeit. You want to play this type of game? Be my guest. Don't force your player base to endure these types of games.
