Nunu & Taric

Is it just me, or does he feel like he's confused about what he is?

His Kit feels like it's all over the place, and while he's a LITTLE more useful than he was in the past, now that his heal only hits two targets, he still feels unsure of his actual role in LoL.

Nunu is in kind of the same Boat with his kit, the game listing him as a main role support, but his kit and recommended items saying that he's actually a jungler, With his Q only working on monsters, The tool tip on W not saying it can be used on Nunu alone, and the power of his E and R are off the charts with their scaling to Ability Power. Also, who is it Fiddlsticks, and Morgana can use Zhonya's Hourglass and continue to channel their ultimate spells, but Nunu's gets interrupted if he tries to use it to get more than a second of channeling time off. There's also the fact that said champions can move while channeling their ultimates, but Nunu is locked in place and again the channel breaks if he moves.

Now I know some of you will try and reason that it's a nuclear winter level blast of damage iff the full channel goes off, but problem is, It's still on par With Morgana's Five target stun, that can lead to a quick Penta/Ace, that actually does a rather massive amount of damage itself, or Fiddle's ridiculous damage, and I believe it slows. And if you question Crow Storm's power, Watch the WCS matches again where the surprise Fiddlesticks Jungler comes out of a pocket pick.

Anyone else feel like these two need a Sion level makeover to give them a better place in the game?

I can't speak to Taric, but I can speak to Nunu.

Nunu's role on a team is to be a tanky support with an emphasis on objective control, with his consume providing tons of damage to monsters to help win smite wars, his Blood Boil giving an ally extra attack speed either to push down turrets faster, take objectives faster, or for his carries to deal more damage in a teamfight, and his Ice Blast and Absolute Zero provide a lot of teamfight control through strong and reliable slows. In the case of Absolute Zero, it also provides tons of zone control by threatening to deal tons of damage if his opponents get too close and slowing his opponents to limit their ability to get past him and onto his carries.

The abilities that you compare Nunu's to are very different, as Fiddlesticks and Morgana need to actually deal damage with their ults to be relevant in a teamfight, while Nunu just needs to threaten the damage. In addition, most Nunu builds will be a lot tankier than Fiddlesticks' or Morgana's builds, regardless of whether they build Zhonya's, and therefore Nunu can get away with not being able to use Zhonya's to get his ult off.

Even then, Morgana's ult isn't even a channel, and Fiddlesticks' channel ends when he starts dealing damage.

Nunu is picked as a jungler in competetive play, the role he should actually be.

Nunu ultimate NEEDS the Maokai change. Bump for justice.
