Seeing Renekton picked in your team is the same as seeing the Defeat screen after 20 minutes.
He provides no utility , loses almost every match-up and is in a weaker state than he was in s2/3

Damn, here's to the times when Rene was a first pick insta lock top laner almost every game.
Provides no utility. He has a stun for locking down the ADC, and a giant cloak of stay the fuck away from me that forces the other team to reposition.
He beats out Gnar, Kled, Wukong, Ekko and Yasuo, all relevant top laners.
So...what? Your complaint is that a lane bully falls off?
Yeah being able to destroy Nasus, Trundle, Ekko, Akali, Yasou, Voli, Cho and Swain sure makes you seem like a total weakling.
He should just be able to counter everyone and be good throughout the whole game with the ability to 1v5 with minimal effort. It's just not fair.
Not only does he win most match ups, at least against melee tops.
He also completely erases carries and is a massive zoning deterrent as well.
Not to mention, he doesn't fall off nearly as hard amymore with the new mastery system.

Heh yeh hes a little weak right now, but by no means does he mean an insta lose.
Hes still strong in the right hands and has favourable matchups. If he can snowball and get a tiamat quick, he can jump on top of and combo out squishies.
But yes, he's a little weak.
I guess you could improve his AD ratios, or perhaps look into making his ULtimate hp scale with bonus HP (IE building Health scales with your ult, making you a bigger croc).
Renekton is a lane bully that, as of late, doesn't really drop off as hard late game. He is just an insane lane bully.
