I bet every mage/assasin. player who has Any cd will agree to this

The fact your opponent has an all in at an early lvl is hard to deal with but then some how a 22 second ability loads way faster then and 18 second ability, for once will anyone pay attention to the god dam cd for outplays or damage. Zed W is 22 Second, azir q is 15 zed w is back before azir q. You can even take ekko or other champions. Seriously there should be a summoners spell called referesh to take away any ability’s cool down
