I could be wrong here but I'm pretty sure the League match itself is client-side connected to a server which is different than being completely server-side so you still can hack it. Your IP and RP is server side which is why there's no way to alter it(Like every other MMO games).
The problem with hacking in league is that it's really noticeable and there's really no point in doing it.

but yeah you can get hacked if you're one of those dumbheads who click on a random link "na.xyz.com" and see the same layout as the original LoL website and then you log in there, basically you get phished for believing a free skin

Ive seen this happen in all my fizz games
then its a hack. his ult has a 10 sec cd. there is no way 40% cdr makes it 3 seconds
edit: COOLDOWN: 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 / 8 still would not make it less then 4.3 sec cd. when zhonias only lasts 2.5 seconds.

Xanit1 votesThat's literally just Fizz, dude. He's unstoppable, horribly designed, and has tiny cooldowns for really easy escapes and frustrating mechanics. It's not outlandish to see him one-sidedly stomp totally prepared teams. He's broken as fuck, and Riot should be ashamed for his creation, along with many other champions. Also, build armor penetration for hecarim.
