Agree. Tenacity is garbage now with the Merc Threads nerf. And since the changes on Elixir of Iron and removal of Sephir there is nothing left....

with zephyr's removal there is no way to get attack speed on ad champs excpet going crit route or bortk which doesnt ahve passive movemnt speed limiting irelia and aatrox alot they dont have good enough bases to be crit carries at least aatrox doesnt irelais kit just doesnt fit it
