You ever notice how bot is only useful if its fed?
i mean every other lane can kinda do something but if bots not fed they cant do shit right now. Adcs behind are usless and as a supp your kinda just forced to abandon the adc and let them farm.

That's because adc's at your elo have no clue how to actually cs. They SHOULD NOT be ending games with 5cs per minute. Gold reliant class = need money.
Dude, league just needs to introduce new "finished items" for that matter. EVERYONE is caged around building certain items for power spikes and if they don't get them they're often screwed. Since league is now item oriented, counter building becomes more crucial than ever before and that's a problem because some champions can replace items more effectively and other champions can upgrade crucial items. Point being made, ADCs are bad because they require 3 to be useful and their DPS suffers if they can't get it after 25 minuets.
As the adc i'm slightly more reliant on items for my powerspikes so a behind adc hurts doubly so, that's part of the reason i play adcs like 
so that even if i'm 0/10/0 I can still provide something and be useful to my team.
It's almost as if nothing but marksmen go bot lane and that's all they do.
Its because all other lanes do something other than building full damage. Damage is the single worst in combat stat in all of LoL, as base damage is a thing that exists, and your DPS while dead is 0. It takes a LOT of investment in order to make sustainable auto attack DPS a thing, and without that investment you just have useless stats with meh DPS and youll just die immediately anyway.
Yeah. The lane that literally carries the game isn't useful. Meanwhile top lane is literally the most useless lane in the entire game. But nah. The most babied class and lane in the game needs to be fixed
