Something needs to be done about Low Priority Queue's

I wait the 5m, I wait another 6 minutes for an estimated 1m wait, I get autofilled then someone dodges, repeat this about 10 times and that's what I've been doing for the past half hour. Why does the 5m wait only occur when you get in a game? Why not wait the whole thing and then it -1 on a tally or something, because waiting 30m extra because some kids dodge and I need to re-queue to not be autofilled is really bs.
