runes suggestions

i noticed that runes are devided to 2 categories :

1- essential runes ( AD, AS , armor, Rm,CDR(flat or per lv) , armor pen, magic pene, HP (flat or per lvl) )

2- ** good and effective runes** but** too low values to be worth to fill the rune page with ** ( mana , energie , gold generation , may be move speed ,spell vamp , life steal , respawn cdr , crit chance and damage )

I suggest to look back to this 2 nd categorie cuz it seems **the runes choice is decided already like champs balance ^^ **

**by the way im proposing new runes if possible : **

-damage reduction persentage : it would be quints costing 2050 ip "GG rito expensives runes xDDDD" like : 2.5 or 3 persent per each and marks with 0.2 per each for a TOTAL full runes of " 10 to 12 dmg reduction" .........to be balanced

  • pentration armor and magic persentage : it would be quints 3 or 3.5 persent per each and **marks 0.4 per each ** for a total of maybe 10 to 15 pene full runes

  • tenacity on duration or on** value** : quints and marks ......... YOUR SUGGESTIONS are welcome

THIS GAME SEEMS TOO MUCh LIMITED IN THOSE THINGS [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
