why pls kindred range is just 500?

evry marksman has minimum 550-----to ------- 600(ashe) and 650(cait) and

this is so annoying even with the fact that he has his q to get in rang (look at vayne with even move speed to make her unkitable)

and i dont mentionne in details that kindred is garbadge atm(jung clean mana ganks and dificulty to farm staaaaaacks)
