Why is a player able to keep GA's passive after dying from going into an enemy team's fountain?
Is that a bug or did riot literally sat down and said, "You know what. It's unfair for players to die by stepping into the enemy team's fountain while they have GA. Oh I know. Why dont we let that unfortunate player keep that passive!" If that's the case, cant they just mention on the item's tool tip that the item cant be proced by fountain?
