New Rotating game mode: Friendly Fire

Normal summoners rift map and gameplay, PLOT TWIST: there's friendly fire, all skill shots and AOEs now deal damage to teammates if they're caught in the cross fire.

IE: Ahri can charm a teammate if they get inbetween her charm and an enemy.

Thoughts? I just like chaos :)
