The Dumbest Build You May Never Try
The Mana Build!
that blue stuff that tells you no when there isn't enough is about to get bigger! How? and more importantly, why? Who would you even build this on?! Simple! Who doesn't want a ton of almost every stat in one build?! all coupled with 3300 mana to spam forever? and what if I told you many champs can utilize it?
HOW DO MANA BUILD
: Start this ASAP, this is plain core and you should know this!
: most mana of any items minus the tear items (500). 65 armor and 20% cdr are also very great, as well as making your autos after spells do basically double damage with an AOE slow. You will rarely pass this up.
: 400 mana, 100 ap, 20% cdr. All great stats, all while giving the piss poor grievous wounds for fighting that full hp mundo. /s
: stat stick with minor sustain, but coupled with your amazing mana pool and maxed CDR, you can literally spam spells to heal. Chances are, your mana pool is far greater than your hp pool, allowing well over 1500 in healing before running out of mana. But that takes too long so just back already.
: "wait, are we AP or AD? I'm lost now." Both you silly. it's okay to be lost for now.
:"i'm leaving.." WAIT, THERE'S MORE. seriously, these are both core and I'll explain why in the "WHY" section.
WHY DO MANA BUILD
Now this is where it gets a little more fun. You would primarily do this build on champs that auto attack frequently, but also have single target spells and abilities and do well being built hybridized, with some that do well even with pure AP or AD scalings. Because of this build you end up with the following stats with the items alone:
MANA: 3300
AD: 25 + (2% * 3300) = 91 + (100% base and a slow after spell cast)
AP: 80 + 100 + 100 + (3% * 3300) = 380
CDR: 40%
HP: 400
NIFTY!
Now, the reason this works best on single target champs is because they can proc the
passive, which does a whopping 182 physical damage per hit with just the item stats! Follow with an auto and you will do around 500+ and add a slow.
This build is pretty hard to itemize against if used right. The physical damage is difficult to counter and can insure a kill if you are fed and if the enemy is prioritizing MR. If they prioritize armor, the AP offsets that again.
So why both Tear items? Together, they give 2000 mana, making up more than 60% of the total mana in this build, as well as 40% to 70% of the damage. Muramana gives great physical on hit damage with the right combos and champs, and Seraph's will give a ludicrously large shield of about 660+. Who needs barrier? It's not Hourglass, but it give quadruple the AP and you get CDR from your other items.
WHO DO MANA BUILD
: God I hate her, but she can assassinate so well with this. with the following combo:
W -> E -> Q -> R(after E or Q)
She can proc
a total of 6 times, doing over 1200 physical damage before armor!
Math at level 18:
Q (if popped): (155+(40%*380))*2 + (3%*4484)*2 = 310+304+269 = 883
E (if popped): (140+(50%*380))*2 + ^^^^^^^^^^ = 280+380+269 = 929
R(after Q or E; if popped): (300+(60%*380))*2 + ^ = 600+456+269 = 1325
If that squishy ain't dead, you weak as piss.
You can rush muramana early if you are easily bullying or snowballing your lane, or if you suck at getting CS like myself. Or if you are getting pushed in, get morellonomicon. It will give you a better early game advantage, and chances are you are maxing W at this point.
: Okay, I know, more cancer, chill. Fizz follows this build well as the CDR is something he loves, as well as getting a bit of armor in the process. Since fizz needs to auto attack frequently, he can pop muramana frequently and then hop away like the slippery f*** he is!
Since his W has him do AD and AP, it's a fairly deadly combo where if activated, allows physical damage of 500% as well as about 114 magic damage plus that BS execute DOT. Won't be doing the math here, just imagine it for yourself.
These champs, some i've tried, look to synergize well with this build:
(cuz blue build core)
(each ult'd ball procs muramana!)
Because he's op and FUCK THAT BITE)
These I'm not so sure about, but you are welcome to test them:
And these because mana es bueno (don;t expect positive results:

Is this build optimal? I really doubt it. Could it work? I'm damn sure it would. Some will be far more effective than others, but I don't doubt its effectiveness when built and used properly. Good luck out there summoners!
