Hard to enjoy One-For-All

I'm having quite some difficulty enjoying this game mode. It seems that champions that favor heavy cc, e.g., blitz, tf, malzahar or anything along those likes easily win games. It's not that playing these champions aren't fun, but playing against them. all the blitz's rushing mid and pulling a guy straight to tower with no escapes killer, 3 suppresses on 1 target locks them down with no way to do jack diddly squat, and chain cc until death brutal. hard to enjoy the game when annie's camp in a bush and insta-delete you with massive stuns, all while being more bursty them most other champions with hard cc.

In my experience, these game modes really aren't about winning, they're just about goofing around and seeing what kind of crazy shit you can do. I mean yeah certain Champs will do well, and will be common picks for it, but I'd try my best not to even think about scores or who wins or loses.

But yeah it can feel really rough sometimes. Like we found out the hard way that Singed's poison does not stack on one target. So if you have 5 Singed's being chased by 5 Ekkos, the Ekkos are only taking 1 Singed worth of damage......

That one sucked.

But if CC is getting you down, try 5 Yasuos or Braums to block that shit. Or Irelia, because Irelia is the honey badger of LoL and does not care. Try stuff, mess around, have fun.

Agreed, specifically the annie thing, it is just bullshit that they can literally bumrush the inhib post-6 because all they need is to make sure they have tibbers, and a stun primed, and they WILL be uncontested in the lane, 5 annies is scarier than anything else in this game, OP burst with a stun has no place in LoL in my opinion. She NEEDS a rework and soon.

Any 3rd hit effect can be stacked by every champion. Vayne is scary. Gnar vs bard is pretty fun.

dude blitz is a support champ. every support champ in the game has been nerfed until they can only play as support. a blitz team has 0 dps, no waveclear, 0 sustain, no jungle ability. getting beat by blitz is just bad play.

Right now One For All is pretty much just One For Darius

I tried out Kindred for the first time in this game mode. It was against Xin. Not fun. :P I still like the game mode, but I feel like you have to ban the OPs and then heavy CC/healing champions.

TBH, I've only played with friends so far and it was tons of fun. Probably the most fun I've ever had in League in the past few months. From what I heard, playing alone in this gamemode could be rather boring and not very fun, due to the meta in it (like you said) and the nature of negative people which you might encounter quite often in these featured gamemodes (at least from my experience). :P

Waveclear meta, the mode, the game. Anyone who can summon pets and can push like crazy is going to eat every objective on the map and there's nothing a deficient champ team is going to be able to do about it.

I usually stop playing a game mode once a set meta forms.

It's the nature of One For All, not meant to really be balanced because champions counter other champions. Fizz Morgana DrMundo Ezreal Leblanc work well against Blitzcrank .

Personally I'm having a hard time enjoying it as well because everyone just wants to play the unfun and uncreative champions that everyone knows is broken in this mode like Blitzcrank Ezreal Nidalee Sona Soraka Velkoz Yasuo Like seriously almost every game I play one side is one of these.

I've been trying to play different champions in this mode like Anivia Braum DrMundo Galio Gnar Kindred Lissandra MissFortune Shen Zilean and it always gets out-voted by people picking one of the boring op champions.

Maybe I just need to find a group of people to play with in this mode. Anyone wanna just mess around and play some one for all with some different champions for once? My ign is Dark Nephthys
