Question about Quinn in Summoners rift and bug

Hey, its been a long time since i played quinn, and i wonder what and which lane is quinn available in the current meta, because she got reworked and i kinda got confused where to go, and i always end up losing game with her; so where should I play her and what do I build her, if somone may reply me, that would be great!!! Thanks _ Ps: I found some bug with her ult auto cacelling after activation, So If Riot; if you can fix this for our fellow Quinn players that would be great ;) Thanks again._
